- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)which is my townland. There are seven families living in my townland. Cusack is the most common name in it. There are about fifty people living in it.
There are seven houses in my district. All the houses are slated because they are all newly built houses. Long ago there were only two houses in Brockagh. Brockagh got its name from all the badgers that were in it long ago. Part of the land is very hilly but the rest of it is very good. There are five woods in my village. Long ago it was very hard to walk among those woods because the trees were very plenty. But now they are cut down, and are used for fire-wood.
