They used to get a turnip and make the shape of eyes in it. Then they used to get two pieces of sticks and fasten them together like a cross. They used to stick the head of turnip on the perpendicular stick, and put a coat on it. The used to call this a "Biddy".(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
