  1. With Chorus with Orchestral Accompaniment,
In Benefit of Rosses Point Chapel, and the National Schools of Rosses Point, coney Island and Sea View.
In the temperance Hall, Sligo. On Sunday 15 Aug. at 8 p.m. 1900
The schools, being non-vested schools, the national Board, in accordance with its rules, has declined to advance any money for their structural improvement and, therefore, the burden of their repairs has been thrown on the district.
The play, "Fabiola" deals with the martyrdom of SS. Agnes, beeilia, Sebastian and Pameratins.
A novelty of the performance, from a dramatic view, is the introduction of a chorus (words by) Timothy Hurley h.h which will have an Orchestrial accompaniment, in the manner of the old Greek plays and the early French plays. Its duty will be to sing an Ode at the beginning.
