  1. One night as my Grandfather was was coming home from Carbury, he was on the bog road, and he saw a funeral of fairies. It came up to him slowly. As it approached him he saw big white horses and black coaches. There were other fairies walking playing bands and bugles. One of the fairies came up to him and caught him by the shoulder and put him under the coffin. They never let him go till he came to a hill behind our house called (Ardrahoola.)
