  2. There is a field not far from our house called "Páirc Na Sagairt" Long ago in the penal times priests hid in a tunnel there. They said mass in a field on the top of the hill. The field is called "Páirc An Aifrinn."
    There is a big stone in the field and it is said that the stone served as an altar. Twelve priests hid there. A priest named Father Nihal was the last who hid there. He was spied on and the soldiers killed him in the same field.
