  1. Some years ago a man from around here dreamt for three nights running that there was gold buried under the Treaty stone in Limerick. He went to Limerick and he sat on the bridge. Another man came along the road and he said "I notice that you are sitting there all day." The man told him his story and the other man said "I am always dreaming that there is gold buried near a tree in Ballygreen. The man went home and started digging and he found three pounds in gold.
