Kneel down on the carpet she must kneel
(the girl in centre kneels)
As the grass grows round you feet
Stand up straight upon your feet
(girl stands)
And choose to the very one you love so sweet
(girl chooses someone)
Now you're married life enjoy
First to a girl and second to a boy
Seven years after and seven years to come
Kiss my Sally and then you're done
(The girl who was chosen is then kissed and the first girl in returns to the outer ring and so the game proceeds)
