    It was McGrath that built it first and when he got too old he sold it to Lynch. It was always a Public House and it was also a place where people used to stay before a fair they used come from Ennis and Ennistymon and all over down to Keane's. It was the most important house here around that time and why the big street is there is, when the people used to come they
