    When the sun was about to set they used to say :-
    i.A Dhia liom is tú grian m'anama
    agus is geall liom do shoillseacht.
    ii.Grádham thú a Sholuis Shíoraidhe.
    iii Tabhair dom radharc ort a
    soillseacht do ghlóire. Amen.
    Before going to bed they used say:-
    Toil Dé go ndeanaimíd .
    Dlíghe Dé go leanaimíd .
    Srían le nár ndeangaíbh go gcuirimíd
    Ár gcrích dhéidheanach go meabhruighid agus bás naomhtha go bhfeicimídAmem
