  1. Práiseach was wheat ground into flour by a Quern. When it was ground it was put into a saucepan or a pot, and it was put on the fire to boil. When it was boiled, it was taken from the fire, and put on to a large dish. It was eaten from this dish by all the family. It was a very nice and sweet thing to eat.
