  1. Some people can cure a hurt foot or hand. Some people can cure warts, ringworms, and jaundice. When people have warts they go to certain people, and these people knot threads round each wart and say some prayers. Then they throw a coin of silver out the widow, and the first one who shakes hands with them will get ll their warts. When people have jaundice they go to a man in my district, and he pulls some herbs in the fields and boils them. When a person has toothake he should put a frog in his mouth and make it squeal.
