  1. There are some monuments in my district.
    One of these is beside Mark Ward's Kill, Cootehill. It is a big stone, and there is some writing on it, so it must have been put over the grave of some important person, who died near there.
    There is a giant's grave on Paddy Kelly's rock, Kill some distance from Kill School, and there is a big stone over it. There are two other stones near the grave also.
    In the Old Graveyard there is a headstone belonging to the Maguires of Drumgill, and its date is 1026.
    There is a big stone in Paddy Coyle's land in Tullyard, Cootehill and it is supposed to have some connections with the early times. It is beside
