  1. The people used to make dolls of rags long ago. They would get a piece of material on the double and on one side draw out the shape of a doll, then they would stuff it with hay or straw and that would serve as the head.
    They would sew two pieces of material for a dress and then pull it in on the dolls head sometimes they would put two sticks one at each side of the doll and that would be the arms then the doll would be made.
    Tops
    The Boys used to have wooden spools into a point they would stick a nail in the point they would drill it round to catch the cord and it would spin then.
