    Cavan. All members of the Irish republican and all others around the country as well attended on that day to pay the last respect to their dead hero.
    Myles O'Reilly beter known as Myles the Slasher was another hero of whom there are tales of meritorions acts, he met his death on the bridge of Finea which divides Cavan forom Meath, here it was where he met the English Artillery.
    After slaying several of the enemy's he came in conflict with an English officer who drove his sword through the cheek of Myles with the enemy's sword between his teeth he slew the English officer before he himself fell dead.
