    17. Toothache
    1/ Make a promise to give up some evil habit.

  2. 18. Asthma
    1/ Garlic boiled on sweet milk to be taken for three nights in succession. Then half of lemon sliced and boiled for each of three more nights. If not better repeat.
    2/ Burning of nitre paper in room.
    19. Indigestion
    Milk and lime water. The lime water is made by putting a stone of fresh lime in a gallon of water. Leave it for a few days. Draw off clear liquid and bottle for use. It is to be taken three times daily.
