  1. The names of our fields are the stone field, the long field, horse park, hill fiend and the lawn field. The stone field got its name from a big granite stone in the middle of it.
    In one of the farms near here, there is a rath in it and the fairies are supposed to come to it every night. There is an underground passage under the rath which goes for miles. The ground on top was once a racecourse.
    Another field nearby has the name the long bottoms which is a football field it is situated beside the avon more river. Another place name around here is Hatton's Bank and it is said fairies used to come there at night on white horses
