    he asked him for a smoke. While St. Kevin was lighting the pipe he heard the king sighing. He asked him what was the matter with him and the king said he had a gander that his mother gave him and it was sick.
    The king asked him if he cured it would he give him the bit of land the gander would fly round. The king promised him he would. St Kevin cured the gander and it flew thirty miles alround .The king then went back of his promise and would not give him the land.
    Then St. Kevin turned King O'Toole and his six big sons into the seven churches.
