The following are some of the games I play, "Blind-Man's-Buff", "Hide-And-Seek" and Marbles.
In "Blind-Man's-Buff" one of the players is blindfolded, and he attempts to catch the other players while so handicapped. In Hide-And-Seek one of the players is allowed to hide, and the other players follow him and try to catch him. The first player who catches him is then allowed to hide. In marbles one player takes shots at the other players' marbles. All those are outdoor games.
People amuse themselves nowadays during the long winter nights by playing modern games such as billiards, cards, playing music and reading books and newspapers, and listening to the radio, but they do not tell stories as the old people used to do on such nights.
