  1. Fenter is the name of my townsland. The name of the house is Fenter lodge. The parish is Killeigh and the barony is Geashill. There are eight families in the district. There are seven houses in the district slated and only one thatched. There are only two people in the district over seventy years of age. There is no lake around here but there is a river, it begins on our land and it runs through the fields until it reaches the mill race in Killeigh. Then it runs along the side of the old school and from that on to Gurteen
