  1. The names of the fields are, square field, sand burrow, cow field, sow field, the hollow field, the well field, the wood field, the stack field, and the haggard field.
The square field is so called because of its shape. There are a lot of sandburrows in the sandburrow field. The cow field is so called because cows are on it very often. The sow field is so called because pigs are kept on it. There is a very big hollow in the hollow field and there is a well in the well field. The wood field is so called because it is situated beside a wood. There is a drain running through the drain field. The stack field is so called because there were a lot of stacks in it one year. The haggard field is so called because it is situated beside the haggard.
