the crow, magpie, hawk, woodquest, blackbird, thrush, robin, scaldcrow, chaffinch, corncrake, swallow, geese, woodcock, starling, duck, pheasant, linnets, yellow-hammer, snipe, jays, water blackbird, crane, wren, waterhen and cuckoo.
The swallow only comes to us for fine weather in the summer and goes away for the Winter and before they leave they get together on the telegraph wires and on branches of trees they make a lot of noise and confusion.(continues on next page)- Collector
