There was a man named Richard Murphy coming from a certain house in Kilbraney and it was about 12 o'clock at night. This man was passing by a style when a dog jumped out. This place was supposed to be haunted and as he was going to strike the dog lights appeared in the ditch and he could not make him out. This man then blessed himself and the lights disappeared and were never heard of any more.
