  1. Friday is the unlucky day of the week, in this locality. People do not change from one house to another on Friday, because this is the cross day of the week. Monday is a lazy day, people hate to begin work again.
    It is said that if you are cross on New Year's day you will be cross all the year around. On this day many people try to keep pleasant.
    The days that are thought unlucky for marriage are Thursday, Friday and Saturday,
    People do not go to a new situation on Saturday, because a saying is "Saturday's flitting is but a short sitting."
    The cold and harsh days of April are called "borrowing days."
    There are days called the "Eleven borrowing days of March". It is said that on these days the "Old Cow" died.
