  1. Many years ago there was a beggarman who used to stop in a farmer's house in Slieverue.
    This farmer had a son. The beggarman used to go away and he went this the farmer died and no one was left in the house only the son. Some years after the beggarman came back to the house and saw that it was ruined. He asked the son what was the reason. The son said that his father had died and left no money with him.
