  2. It is said that when St Patrick was going along the road he met an old man who had a disease and was lying along the road and could not go any father. The man asked St Patrick could he do anything for him so looking round he saw a spring well. He took some water from the well blessed it and rubbed it on the old man and before St Patrick went the man
