    Glascorn and he challenged seven men to pull him in a tug-of-war but he defeated them. There was no man able to wrestle with him

    There was a monk in Tristernagh Abbey outside Ballynacargy who acted very bravely when the Cromwellian Soldiers were coming. He hid the sacred vessels in Lough Iron which is beside the abbey.
