    funeral was passing by a cross-roads long ago it always was stopped and the people said the De Profundis. There is a cross on the road near Dysart where a man was killed of a motor-bicycle. The man's name was Sherlock. There is an old road running through Brennanstown in Middleton park near the house of Michael Higgins a herd in Middleton and on the side of the road near the herds house there are three heaps These heaps of stones are said to be erected over the graves of those captains of the Confederate Army that were killed there.
