    and the small potatoes are not cut. The local people help others when they are planting potatoes. Long ago potatoes were used instead of starch. First you get the potatoes and peel them and leave them in water. Then they are put in a clean pot of water to boil. They are left boiling until they boil into jelly. Then that is used for starch.
