    I live in the district of Barabavilla. About a century ago it was called East Ranahan. A lady name Barbara Smith came to dwell in it and latterly called it the Barbavilla estate. The farm consists of about one hundred acres of lands. The one sixth is under tillage, one fourth under meadow, and the remaining portion under grass-land. It was very good for fattening cattle. Horses, sheep, and calves thrive exceedingly well in it. Beautiful groves ornament this huge farms. In the centre of the estate is a glorious, magnificent
