    The "Logan brae" is the name of a rock near Cross, Co. Cavan. Once upon a time there was a man named Logan and he lived at the top of the rock. he was always angry with a sergant who lived at the foot of it and the rock was called "Logan brae" and the bottom of it was called the "The sergants hollow"
