  1. One day an old beggar man went into a Parochial House where there was a Curate and a Parish Priest living. The Curate gave him half a crown and the Parish Priest gave him five shillings. The beggar man said to the Curate "God bless you" and he said to the Parish Priest when he gave him the five shillings "God Almighty bless you." Then the Curate asked the beggar what was the difference between the blessings and the beggar said "Two and sixpence."
