  1. Some people have very good cures for the whooping cough. They get thistles ad boil them for three hours. Then they squeeze the juice into a tin. Then when that is done the cure is left in the thistle. After that they have to boil the thistle again for an hour.
    Then the people have to squeeze the thistle again until they see the white part of the stalk coming out.
    Then they put the white part into a different tin.
    People who have the whooping cough have to drink this.
