    on condition that he would not attend Protestant Services. For many years he kept to the condition and was free from the disease, but when he was an old man he began to attend the Services again. The disease then returned and remained with him until the day of his death. The curse only follows the head of the family who reside at Kilmer. When they go abroad the disease leaves them.
    It is clear to be seen that it is just punishment for the sacraledge committed at the building of the house.
