  1. Once upon a time there lived two men called John and Mick. This day John came to Micks house and they had a clock in it and Mick said he would give five pounds to John if he would keep time with the clock. John said he would
So he started to say ''here she goes'' ''there she goes'' ''off she goes'' ''on she goes'' and he was to keep at that for an hour. He kept saying it all the time and Mick ran for his mother and she came and she asked him was he mad and he kept saying it all the time. She pulled him and he said he had only ten minutes more and he missed one stroke of the clock and he lost his five pounds. Mick was proud he did not win the money
