    them in cold, strong tea.
    A leaf called the "Solur" was used for wounds to stop the flow of blood. It had first to be moistened and then applied to the cut.
    Another leaf called the "Slanlus" is supposed to stop bleeding.
    If wool was taken from the head of a ram and dipped in "Olive Oil" it was supposed to cure an earache.
    A cure for toothache was to fill the decaying tooth with mustard and keep the mouth closed. The heat of the mustard would take away the pain.
    Another cure was to wrap the stocking worn during the day around the jaw. The "Dock Leaf" was used for nettle stings.
    Some people say that the seventh son of the family has some cures.
