    Long ago people used to wear shoes at six months of age. Some people never wore boots or shoes only sandles, all children go barefooted now a days in summer but not the year round they wear boots and stockings in the winter time. There are boots repaired locally and also boots and shoes are made in Borrisoleigh. The people
