    they suspected that he remained for the night owing to the wind and they were awaiting his arrival during the next day. On the day following that one July 24th John his brother started out for Pallashill to assertain the cause of his delay. When he reached the grove he was shocked to find his brothers dead body under an uprooted tree. With the aid of some help the body was taken home and he was buried in upperchurch later on.
