  2. There is a fort in Castlesheppard belonging to the Cleary's. This fort is surrounded by a high wall and insdie this wall the people used to made their little timber huts to protect them from animals and wild beasts.
    On one side of the fort there is a river. There is a big mound in the fort and there are chiefs supposed to be buried there. In older times there was supposed to be fairies living there and they used to be dancing and playing music every night and it is said that the Banshee was seen there. The fort is round and it is connected by
