  1. Faha.
I was walking in Faha one fine and sunny day.
I was talking to a commissioner who past on my way.
He held a map upon his hand, and a pencil he held fast.
And he said, O dear dear John its nearly gone.
And long threatening comes at last.
The O'Neills and the Condons will work with plough and spade.
The Carthy's sure will get it and so will Jimmie Mead.
Paddy Riley will come down from the South as fast as any being.
And the Lynches and the Curtains will cut down all the trees.
