    When the house was built, Jim and his wife went to it and had a picnic near it. When the started the picnic they heard a laugh. Then came a loud crash, and looking back, they saw instead of their beautiful house and riches, a pile of leaves. After that Jim and his people had to return to their humble cottage, and again live in poverty.
    Beware of fairies.
