- In Atlacca Co. Limerick there was a castle and in it lived a man named Ormsby. He was noted for his wickedness by all the people. By the side of the castle there stood a cabin by a shoemaker by the name of O'Donnell.
One day as Ormsby was sitting outside his castle, smoke from O'Donnell's cabin went around him and he was vexed. He ordered O'Donnell's cabin to be knocked down before morning. O'Donnell and his wife were very upset over this. When O'Donnell was going to bed that night he said to his wife, “God is good till morning”.
Early next morning O'Donnell was awakened by a knock(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
