that the man drove away and the girls finished milking. About two days after Margaret got ill and over night at midnight the man used to ride to Margaret's window. Her mother got troubled and some one advised her to go to Biddy Early, a witch in Clare. So a messenger was sent, and brought the news that Margaret's mother was to hold out her apron and whatever should fall into her apron should be boiled and the juice of it given to Margaret. The mother did so and Margaret was cured.
