Some years ago before Higgins got this fort the man who owned it tilled a piece of it. From that day the fairies tormented him. Every night they came into the house and upset all the furniture in it. They knocked tables, chairs and broke ware. The man couldn't rest any night so he called the priest and told him. The priest ordered the door facing the fort to be nailed.
After that the fairies didn't interfere with the house.
