  1. A great storm occurred in 1892. Everybody knew that this storm was at hand, because the night before there was a haze before the moon, and the clouds were rushing along very fast.
    This storm caused a great lot of damage. It lasted for two days. It felled houses and trees. It is said that some lives were lost when some of the trees happened to fall.
    Numbers of ships were sunk and all the people which they contained were drowned.
    We had a severe thunder storm in 1925. It lasted for a day and a night.
    Lightening came with the thunder and it broke windows and it broke chimneys of houses. It also
