    A few years before this, a piper was drowned in the river, opposite the Abbey. At midnight my uncle's father went down to let the workman have some sleep.
    After a while the workman said, "When the shadow of the stones of the wall, will come to a certain part of the field, you will hear music over on the "White Rock." My uncle's father was amazed at the workman's statement; and after a term of silence, bagpipes began to play on the Rock.
    The Rock is white in colour, and is over a hundred feet high.
