    One little prayer that I was taught at my home, in the parish of Kanturk, barony of Duhallow, County Cork, is as follow:
    "Oh! my God I know I must die sometime, I do not know when, or how, or where; but, if I die in mortal sin I am lost forever. Oh, Jesus help me".
    Another prayer is:
    "God bless my father, and my mother; and my brothers, and sisters; and God bless our home".
    Another prayer is:
    "Most Holy Virgin offer to the Eternal Father the most precious Blood of Jesus for
