It is said that the team won a lot of medals. All the Maddens were great men and they never gave their opponent a chance.
    In the year 1911. Mr. Moran Solicitor who is now dead presented them with medals when the defeated Tulsk. In the end they were defeated by the Roscommon Gaels. There were seventeen men on each team then.
