    and Fridays are lucky days. People usually get married on Wednesdays.
    If you were going to a fair and forgot your overcoat it is not lucky to turn back for it. If you were going anywhere and feel over the steps of the door there is bad luck before you. If you were going on a journey and saw a magpie you would have bad luck. But if it were two magpies that you saw you would have good luck or if it were three that you saw, there would be a wedding, and if you saw four there would be a wake.
    If you put your clothes on inside out you would have good luck.
