    O lamb of God take care of me
    This Blessed and Holy night

    Blessed Virgin Mary come with speed
    And relieve me at my need.

    God Bless this bed that I lie on
    As I look up at the Blessed lamb
    I see the Blessed Virgin Mary looking down
    Seven Mass books in her hand
    Seven bells ringing
    Seven priests singing
    Open the gates of Heaven
    Close the gates of hell
    And enter my poor soul into heaven
    For ever and ever, Amen
