   We use a dash churn. It's between two and three feet high. My mother and I churn usually. The longest time we ever have to stay churning is a half hour. Its sides are round. The name of some things are. The lid and dash. There is a little piece cut out of the side of the churn and out of the lid as well. When the lid is being put on we are supposed to put the slit in the lid opposite the slit in the churn. My Mother dashes it up and down. When she
